How can a foreigner get a Criminal Record Certificate for the period of time spent in Ukraine

In order to get a criminal record certificate from Ukraine an applicant should address the Consular Section in person and fill in an application form (Note: the form is to be filled in Ukrainian).

An applicant may register for an appointment at https://online.mfa.gov.ua or come to the Consular Section without prior appointment during the working hours (Mon: 11:00-13:45; Tue, Thu, Fri: 09:00-12:45; Wed: 14:00-17:45).

The address of the Consular Section is: V. Kudirkos g. 22, Vilnius.

An applicant should provide: 

• a valid passport and its copy; 
• a precise address of their (former) place of residence in Ukraine.

The application costs 28 euros. The payment has to be conducted by the bank card only at the POS-terminal in the premises of the Consular Section.

Applications are being processed within up to 30 days.

The Consular Section will issue a criminal record certificate after receiving the relevant data from competent authorities of Ukraine.
