On July 12, 2013 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania Valerii Zhovtenko met with the mayor of Vilnius Artūras Zuokas.

The parties discussed topical issues of Ukrainian-Lithuanian inter-regional cooperation.

Special attention was paid to the practical aspects of implementing joint projects between Kyiv and Vilnius, as well as between other cities and regions of Ukraine and Lithuania.
