In Vilnius were held festive events on the occasion of the Day of Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania

On October 26, 2015 inVilnius were held festive events on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania.
The events were attended by the supreme authorities of the Republic of Lithuania, deputies of the Seimas of Lithuania, chairmanship of the state institutions, representatives of the diplomatic corps, as well as the Lithuanian society and local media. Among the invited persons the festive event also attended by the chairpersons of the Constitutional Courts of Ukraine, Georgia, Latvia, Moldova and Poland.
President of the Republic of Lithuania H.E. D.Grybauskaité, Speaker of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania H.E. L.Graužiniene, Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania H.E. A.Butkevičius, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania Mr. D.Žalimas and Vilnius Mayor Mr. R.Šimašius addressed to the participants of the events with the greeting speeches.
On the invitation of the Lithuanian side the event was attended by Сhargé d’affaires ad interim of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania A.Skliar.
