On October 30, 2015 at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania was held a festive ceremony of granting the Certificates of Foreign Ukrainians to their owners.
Charge d'Affaires of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania A.Skliar congratulated the recipients of the Certificates of Foreign Ukrainians with this occasion and noted the importance of maintaining a strong ties between our country and the Ukrainians who are living abroad.
