On December 18, 2015 at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania was held a meeting of the Embassy’s staff with four Ukrainian military servicemen, who being wounded at the Anti-Terrorist Operation at the Eastern Ukraine and receiving rehabilitation at the medical institutions of town of Druskininkai.

The Ukrainian military servicemen also met with the member of the European Parliament from the Republic of Lithuania P.Auštrevičius, and expressed appreciation for support, being provided to Ukraine by the Lithuanian side for countering Russia’s military aggression.

During January-December of 2015 at the medical institutions of Lithuania have been treated and received rehabilitation 52 Ukrainian military servicemen, who have already returned to Ukraine.
