On March 3, 2016 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania Volodymyr Yatsenkivskyi took part in the International conference: «EU Global strategy: Eastern partners in European security» organized by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Lithuania and Eastern Europe Studies Centre (Lithuania).

The conference gathered the representatives of ministries, universities, NGOs, political studies centers, experts and think tanks from Lithuania, Poland, USA, Great Britain, Belgium, Estonia, Hungary, as well as the six Eastern Partnership countries – Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia and Moldova.

The conference was attended by the representatives of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (Policy and Communications Department and EU Department).
