On March 24, 2016 in the Vilnius University Library the exhibition "Flowers of the North: the Century of Flourishing of Lithuanian Jewish Literature" was opened, organized on the initiative and promote of the Member of the Seimas of Lithuania, Deputy Chair of the Committee on European Affairs of the Seimas of Lithuania Emanuelis Zingeris.In the framework of the event, Ambassador V.Yatsenkivskyi had separate talks with the First Head of the Restored State of Lithuania Vytautas Landsbergis, Deputy Chair of the Committee on European Affairs of the Seimas of Lithuania E.Zingeris, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Andrius Krivas, Rector of Vilnius University Prof.Artūras Žukauskas and other participants.The opening ceremony was also attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited  to the Republic of Lithuania, Lithuanian community.
