On July 1, 2016 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania V.Yatsenkivskyi along with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Raimundas Karoblis, Ambassador of Georgia Khatuna Salukvadze and Ambassador of Moldova Valeriu Frija took part in the morning TV program «Labas Rytas» on the central Lithuanian TV channel LRT. The TV program was dedicated to entry into force of the EU Association Agreements with Georgia and Moldova on July 1, 2016 and was meant to show unity of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova on their way to Europe.

In his interview to LRT the Ambassador of Ukraine congratulated Georgia and Moldova with coming into force of the respected Association Agreements with the EU, stressed on Ukraine's commitment to European values and expressed sincere gratitude to Lithuania for its strong support of Ukraine‘s course towards European integration.

The same evening, Ambassador V.Yatsenkivskyi with his wife and the Embassy staff participated in the informal celebration of the mentionned historic event in Vilnius.

The event was attended by Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania R.Karoblis, Ambassadors of Georgia and Moldova, politicians, representatives of the MFA of the Republic of Lithuania, diplomatic corps, accredited in Lithuania.

During the event the guests had an opportunity to communicate in a friendly atmosphere and taste Georgian, Moldovan and Ukrainian national cuisines.
