On October 19, 2016 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania V.Yatsenkivskyi with spouse visited the J.BasanaviciausRehabilitationCenter of the Military Medical Service of the Republic of Lithuania in Druskininkai, where the military servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces wounded during anti-terrorist operation in the Eastern Ukraine have been receiving a medical rehabilitation.

Ambassador V.Yatsenkivskyi had a meeting with the newly appointed Director of the Rehabilitation Center R.Lanauskas, and the doctors who provide direct support to the Ukrainian military servicemen. Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania presented the books of the Ukrainian publishers to the Ukrainian section of the library of the RehabilitationCenter, which was formed this year at the initiative of the Embassy.

After a warm meeting with the Ukrainian military servicemen Ambassador V.Yatsenkivskyi with spouse presented to them the warm clothes and other presents purchased at the expense of the Embassies staff.
