On November 17, 2016 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania Volodymyr Yatsenkivskyi met with the newly-appointed Chairman of the Committee on Social Affairs and Labor of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Algirdas Sysas.

The meeting was also attended by the Head of the International Relations Unit of the Office of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Rimantas Stankevičius.

The parties discussed topical issues of Ukrainian-Lithuanian bilateral inter-parliamentary cooperation, as well as exchanged views on the planned events aimed at celebrating the 25^th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Lithuania.
