On January 18, 2017 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania Volodymyr Yatsenkivskyi took part in the traditional meeting of the President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitè with the heads of diplomatic missions, accredited in Lithuania. The President of Lithuania addressed to the audience with the speech on the main achievements of the year 2016 and presented the priorities of domestic and foreign policy for the nearest future.
During the meeting Ambassador of Ukraine V.Yatsenkivskyi had an individual talk with the President of the Republic of Lithuania D.Grybauskaitè and expressed appreciation for her personal active stance in support of Ukraine, in particular, for the video-message to the participants of the charity TV-marathon “Jointly to the Victory” on January 13, 2017.
Ambassador of Ukraine V.Yatsenkivskyi had an individual talk with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania L.Linkevičius and thanked him for the considerable efforts in supporting Ukraine at the international arena, as well as for personal participation in the charity TV-marathon “Jointly to the Victory”.
After the meeting with the President of the Republic of Lithuania, the heads of diplomatic missions were transferred to the modern “Vilnius Tech Park” and met with the member of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania M.Jurgilas in order to get acquainted with the patterns, startups and other businesses of the hi-tech sector.
