On February 17, 2017, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania Volodymyr Yatsenkivskyi participated in the meeting of the European Club of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, dedicated to the Security issues in Central and Eastern Europe in the light of hybrid threats.

During the event, in which the representatives of the Lithuanian parliament took part and that was moderated by Mr Petras Auštrevičius, Member of European Parliament from Lithuania, the actual issues, related to the countermeasure to the Russian “propaganda” and informations threats, facing the States of Central and Eastern Europe were discussed.

Ambassador of Ukraine also had a separate conversation with Ms Anna E. Fotyga, Chair of the Subcommittee on Security and Defence and Member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of Europarlament, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
