The event was held at St. Catherine’s Church in Vilnius with the participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Lithuania, representatives of Vilnius сity municipality, the Ukrainian community, and the Lithuanian public. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania L.Linkevičius, Ambassador of Ukraine V. Yatsenkivskyi, honorary conductor of the Orchestra Donatas Katkus addressed their speeches to the participants of the event.

The charity concert was held with support of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania. The organizers of the concert aimed to direct the collected funds, in particular, for the support of the Severodonetsk Regional children's home, Severodonetsk Regional children's anti-tuberculosis sanatorium and Novodruzhetsk school №6, during the visit of the Orchestra to Ukraine, scheduled for March of this year.
