On September 17, 2019, diplomats of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania participated in the annual friendly football match between the teams of the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania and the Vilnius Defence Attache Association.

In a fierce fight, the team of the Defence Attache Association won with a score of 7:4. The first secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine Andriy Buryak was recognized as the best player of the game.
