On March 24, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania, Olha Nikitchenko, met with Rasa Suraučienė, Deputy Director of the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA).
They discussed Lithuania’s support for Ukraine’s recovery — in particular, the restoration of school infrastructure, the installation of shelters, and the implementation of civil protection initiative.
The Ambassador thanked the Lithuanian partners for their consistent and meaningful support, which is already bringing tangible results — both through numerous completed projects and those still in progress.
Rasa Suraučienė shared details about CPVA’s work and its future plans, emphasizing that support for Ukraine will remain one of the agency’s key priorities.
The meeting was also joined by the Head of the Shevchenkove village, representatives of the education sector, and representatives of the Ukraine Resilience project, who are in Vilnius for a week-long study visit to explore the Lithuanian education system — both in theory and practice.
