Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 2, 2021 № 583 amended the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 № 1236 and comes into force on June 9, 2021.
Foreigners, including those who have a temporary residence permit in Ukraine, regardless the country of arrival to enter Ukraine must have:
• a document confirming a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 with vaccines, approved by WHO; or
• a rapid test for the SARS-CoV-2 antigen (RAT) that was conducted no more than 72 hours before entry; or
• a certificate of a negative result of PCR test, conducted no more than 72 hours before the entry.
Test, vaccination and self-isolation are not required for children under 12.
Ukrainian citizens and foreigners who have a permanent residence permit in Ukraine, in order to cross the Ukrainian border must have one of the following documents (issued in Ukrainian or English or translated into English):
• a document confirming a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 with vaccines, approved by WHO; or
• a rapid test for the SARS-CoV-2 antigen (RAT) that was conducted no more than 72 hours before entry; or
• a certificate of a negative result of PCR test, conducted no more than 72 hours before the entry.
In the absence of a test or vaccination, a Ukrainian citizen or a foreigner who has a permanent residence permit in Ukraine must install the “Vdoma” application and self-isolate for 14 days. It is possible to complete self-isolation earlier by obtaining a negative PCR test result.
Test, vaccination and self-isolation are not required for children under 12 years of age.
