During the meeting, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasized that Russia is uniting the “axis of evil” around it. “This process is no longer limited to weapons from Iran. We are now seeing the unification of three nuclear powers, which should be a signal for decisive action by Ukraine's allies,” he emphasized.

In view of this, Ruslan Stefanchuk believes that it is extremely important to support Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Victory Plan. “This is a strategic plan, the first point of which is to invite Ukraine to join NATO. Putin must realize that his geopolitical calculations are failing,” he emphasized.

At the same time, the Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament addressed Ingrida Šimonytė to support Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration in the international arena, among our partners. After all, an invitation to NATO will give confidence in how our partners see our country's place in the security architecture.

A separate topic of discussion was Ukraine's urgent defense needs. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasized the need to lift restrictions for Ukraine to strike military targets in Russia.
