The main points:

• We express our deep gratitude to Lithuania for its position and actions. The Lithuanian leadership has condemned in the strongest possible terms Russia's terrorist attacks on 8 July on Kyiv and many other cities in Ukraine.
• In particular, we would like to thank the Government of Lithuania for the decision to allocate 1 million euros for the reconstruction of the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital in Kyiv and other damaged facilities.
• These brutal attacks testify to the fact that on the eve of the Summit in Washington, Putin has sent NATO a message and a provocation, expecting a reaction. He wants to show the world that the Alliance is not capable of a strong response.
• NATO must respond very clearly and very decisively to these actions and take decisions to prevent similar provocations in the future.
• NATO should commit to support Ukraine in achieving victory and to provide Ukraine with all the weapons needed without any restrictions. This is a position that Lithuania has been advocating for a long time, and we greatly appreciate it.
