A special screening of the film 20 Days in Mariupol took place in Vilnius.
There are not enough words to describe all the horrors experienced by the Ukrainian city of Mariupol, besieged by Russian troops in the first days of the war.
A team of Associated Press reporters, including director Mstislav Chernov, photographer Yevhen Malolietka, and producer Vasilisa Stepanenko, risked their lives, under fire, and under bombardment to make this film. It is thanks to the work of this team that the world learned about the destroyed maternity hospital and the wounded, about all the cruel crimes that Russia has brought with its invasion.
