On September 20, 2013 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania V.Zhovtenko participated in the workshop of the Eastern Partnership Parliamentary Assembly "Euronest" related to the «Eastern Partnership prospects on energy efficiency and renewable energy».

The Ukrainian delegation at the workshop consisted of the Member of Ukrainian Parliament, co-president of the PA "Euronest" B.Tarasyuk, Executive Director of the Center for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" A.Chubyk and the key expert of "Covenant of Mayors" East Office S.Pavlyuk.

During the workshop the participants made presentations and exchanged views on topical issues of energy efficiency, renewable energy and encouragement of cooperation between the EU and Eastern Partnership countries.
