On November 15, 2013 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania Valerii Zhovtenko met with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius.

The parties discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Lithuania.

Special attention was paid to interaction in the sphere of European integration, particularly, in the context of the 3^rd Eastern Partnership Summit to be held in Vilnius.

On this occasion Ambassador thanked the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania for assistance being provided by the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union to the implementation of Ukraine’s strategy of European integration.
