On November 18, 2013 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania Valerii Zhovtenko took part in the international conference “Eastern Partnership: Can Human Rights, Values and Norms Compete with Geopolitics”, organized under the aegis of Freedom House and supported by the MFA of Lithuania and the US Embassy in Lithuania.
