On June 2, 2011 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania Valerij Zovtenko met with Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Evaldas Ignatavičius. The topical issues of bilateral relations and practical preparation such visits and meetings on the high political level as an official visit of the President of Lithuania to Ukraine (November 2011) and the visit of the Minister of Foreign Affaires of Ukraine to Lithuania (June 2011 ) were discussed during the meeting.

Valerij Zovtenko and Evaldas Ignatavičius discussed also bilateral agenda in political, economic and humanitarian spheres for 2011.
