On May 30, 2011 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania Valerii Zhovtenko met the Apostolic Nuncio Archbishop Luigi Bonazzi, who is also duayen of diplomatic corps accredited in Vilnius.

During the meeting the Ambassador of Ukraine informed the Apostolic Nuncio about state of cooperation between Ukraine and Lithuania in various spheres. They also touched on cooperation between Ukraine and the Holy See.

During the meeting duayen briefed the Ambassador of Ukraine about traditions in the diplomatic corps in Vilnius.
