On September 10-11, 2015 in Vilnius was held NATO expert level workshop “Hybrid threats: overcoming ambiguity, building resilience”, organized by the Institute for international relations and political studies of Vilnius University with assistance of the Lithuanian MFA.

The conference was attended by Minister for Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Mr. L.Linkevičius, chairmanship of the NATO Center of Excellence on Energy Security (Lithuania) and NATO Center for Strategic Communications (Latvia), diplomats of the MFA of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as Lithuanian and foreign experts.

The Ukrainian delegation at the workshop was represented by Executive Director of Kyiv Mohyla School of Journalism R.Deynychenko, Deputy Head of the Energy Security Department at the NSDC of Ukraine O.Sukhodolia and Executive Director of the Centre for Global Studies “Strategy XXI” A.Chubyk .

On the invitation of the Lithuanian side the event was also attended by the representatives of the Embassy.
