On January 15, 2016 Ambassador of Ukraine V.Yatsenkivskyi met with the participant of the events of January 13, 1991 in Vilnius, leader of volunteers from Ukraine, which together with Lithuanians fought for freedom and independence of Lithuania in 1991, E.Dykyj and the Chairman of the Lithuanian Foundation for protection of citizens Stasis Kausinis.

E.Dykyj and other participants of the events of 1991 are visiting Lithuania on the invitation of the Speaker of the Seimas of Lithuania Loreta Graužinienė to participate in the commemorations dedicated to the 25th Anniversary of the Defence of Freedom of Lithuania.
