Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania Olha Nikitchenko met with the Minister of Economy and Innovation of Lithuania, Lukas Savickas.

The focus of the discussion was on strengthening Lithuania’s support for Ukraine, particularly through joint projects in the defense industry, including the co-production of modern weaponry for Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

They also addressed key issues of bilateral dialogue and the organization of several intergovernmental events and meetings throughout 2025. Among them is the 22nd session of the Ukrainian-Lithuanian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, and Scientific-Technical Cooperation.
