The territorial integrity of Ukraine has never been, and will never be, a subject for discussion or compromise.

Crimea is Ukraine. Full stop.

On Ukraine’s side stand our Defense Forces, our international partners, the UN Charter, and international law.

Crimea is the center of gravity for Europe’s security architecture. Its full restoration can only be achieved through the complete de-occupation of the entire Ukrainian territory, including the Ukrainian peninsula.

We count on further strong support from our partners to force Russia to return to respect for international law and the UN Charter, to withdraw its troops and military equipment from the entire sovereign territory of Ukraine, to restore Ukraine’s territorial integrity, as well as to bring Russia to account for its aggression against Ukraine and for all crimes committed.

All efforts should be aimed at achieving these goals as soon as possible, rather than satisfying the Kremlin’s appetites, in one way or another, at the expense of Ukraine’s interests and international law.

Within the framework of the Peace Formula, the President of Ukraine has presented a clear vision for achieving a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace for Ukraine and the world. We invite all those who respect international law and the UN Charter to join the efforts to implement the Peace Formula as the only way toward restoring a just and lasting peace in Europe.
