The electronic customs declaration form for humanitarian aid is available!
Customs E-declaration for humanitarian aid consignments will speed up the entry of cargo into Ukraine and reduce the queues at customs points.
The service is available at https://customs.help.gov.ua/en/
All declaration forms go straight to the database of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and are duplicated by the declarer to the email.
Once the declaration is received, the declaration must be typed and signed.
The printed and signed declaration should be handed over to the customs representative at the Ukrainian border.
Foreign nationals can fill in the customs E-declaration from any country in advance.
Citizens of Ukraine who use electronic services e-signature, BankID, Mobile.
ID, the customs e-declaration of humanitarian cargo can also be done through the Personal Office on the Single State Information Web Portal "Single Window for International Trade" - https://cabinet.customs.gov.ua

Atspausdintą ir pasirašytą deklaraciją reikia perduoti muitinės atstovui kertant Ukrainos sieną.
Užsienio piliečiai gali iš anksto užpildyti muitinės E-deklaraciją iš bet kurios šalies.
