The Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania hosted a solemn ceremony of awarding certificates of basic and complete secondary education to the students of the International Ukrainian School (branches in Vilnius and Kaunas). 

Congratulating the graduates, Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania Petro Beshta said: "It is symbolic that today's event takes place on an important day for Ukraine –  the official opening of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union." 

Olena Vnukovska, Director of the International Ukrainian School in Lithuania, Head of the Board of Trustees of the International Ukrainian School in Europe, Valeria Hohman, State Expert on School Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and Oksana Voronetska, Coordinator of the International Ukrainian School in Lithuania (International Ukrainian School State Lyceum) also greeted students.

The celebrations continued on the Town Hall Square in Vilnius, where the former eleventh graders danced their incredibly beautiful graduation waltz!

We congratulate our dear graduates on receiving their first documents on education. This is an important stage in life that opens up new opportunities and prospects.
