On June 26, 2020, a traditional bike ride "Together for Peace", organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania, took place in Vilnius. This year the bike ride was taking place for the second time and was dedicated to mark two significant dates: the 75th anniversary of the Victory over Nazism in World War II and the 10th anniversary of the Crimean Tatar Flag Day.
The event was attended by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania Volodymyr Yatsenkivskyi and his spouse Roksolana, representatives of the Embassies of Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, Belarus, USA, Georgia, Czech Republic, Hungary with their families, representatives of the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense, the NATO Force Integration Unit in Lithuania from the Armed Forces of Great Britain, Netherlands, Lithuania and Germany, the Ukrainian community of Vilnius and the Ukrainian youth organization "Zorya", the curator of the exhibition "Civilizations of Ukraine. From Trypillia culture, Scythian gold to the Maidan", Deputy Director of the Lithuanian National Art Museum Skaistis Mikulionis, Lithuanian activists and media representatives.
The bike ride started and ended in Vingis park. The cyclists rode 20 km along the Neris river bank in the central part of the Lithuanian capital.
At the end of the bike ride, the participants had the opportunity to enjoy dishes of Ukrainian cuisine.
