On March 30, 2023, the exhibition Mariupol - Unbroken was opened in Vilnius Town Hall, organized by the Union of Artists of Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine in Lithuania, Vilnius Town Hall with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The exhibition was opened by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania, Petro Beshta, and the Deputy Speaker of the Seimas of Lithuania, Paulius Saudargas.

The author and curator of the exhibition, a Ukrainian artist, and a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine, Valery Yurychkovsky met the war in Mariupol. Having broken out of the blockade, he contacted each author and assembled a collection of works in the war-torn Ukraine.

First of all, the exhibition Mariupol - Unbroken tells the story of courage and love. It is about Love for Freedom with capital letters. About Love, which will not be taken away by shootings, destroyed bridges, or blackouts. Yes, defeats devastating and painful, but faith in inevitable victory and the strength of the Ukrainian nation will always prevail.

The exhibition, which presents contemporary Ukrainian art as well as works by Lithuanian and Latvian artists, will last until April 20, 2023, at the Vilnius Town Hall (Didžioji g. 31, 01128 Vilnius).
