On April 3, the President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili, and the First Lady of Lithuania Diana Nausėdienė visited the Ukrainian Center, the first such cultural and educational open space in the EU countries, created under the patronage and at the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska and the First Lady of Lithuania Diana Nausėdienė.

During the meeting, the head of the Ukrainian Center, Algirdas Kumža, coordinators and volunteers informed Mrs. Salome Zourabichvili about the activities of the cultural and educational space in Lithuania and also got acquainted with the activities and initiatives of the Center, such as vocal studio Mriya, Ukrainian amateur choir led by Nadiya Adamchuk, Ukrainian Saturday school, Red Cross classes, Lithuanian language courses and workshops from Tetiana Pinaeva.

Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania Petro Beshta expressed special gratitude to the President of Georgia, Salome Zourabichvilii, for the important show of attention and visit to the Ukrainian Center, and also thanked the First Lady of Lithuania, Diana Nausėdienė, for her constant support and care for the temporarily displaced citizens of Ukraine in Lithuania.
