On the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression, the Day of Remembrance of Children who died due to the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, a public campaign was held to commemorate the children innocently killed by russians. 

On the initiative of the Ukrainian Youth Group in Lithuania, the participants of the action brought toys, flowers, and other symbols of memory of children whose dreams will never come true to the embassy of the terrorist state of russia.

Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania Petro Beshta and all those present honored the memory of Ukrainian children and all those who died as a result of Russian aggression with a minute of silence.

During the full-scale war, the russian military killed at least 550 children. The real number may be higher, taking into account those killed in Mariupol and other temporarily occupied territories. Ukrainian children began to die as a result of the first russian attacks in 2014. In total, over 10 years of russian aggression in Ukraine, almost 800 children's lives have been cut short…

Ukraine will continue to make every effort to bring war criminals from the russian federation to justice – both those who kill and deport Ukrainian children and those who give these orders. We cannot and will never forgive russia for its atrocities!
